Mitusa is the best option that Ive seen. (with an extra filter/water seperator) - this is a mechanical pump that is driven off the front of the engine. There is no electric pump to fail.
Next best (to me at least) is an Airdog 150 (the one with the filters).
Just my opinion of course.

im runnin a holley blue, put it in about two weeks ago and lovin it, no problems yet. pulled the filter screen out of it and stretched the spring a lil, 26ish psi at idle and 18 at WOT with the edge on 5. pump and parts was under 200 bucks. i know alot of people have different opinoins about this setup but i needed something quick and relatively cheap so i went this route........i will be gettin an airdog down the road though

here's an idea if you really need your truck back up fast...get an original replacement from Genos' for less than $200 and 1 hour to replace, then start researching which you want to go with. it might save some money and hassle in the long run. just a thought...
