2WD 3500 leveling kit questions/where to buy?

I've got a good part of my front end off right now since I'm redoing my ball joints, tie rod ends, pitman/idler arm, etc.

This is for my 1996 3500 2wd with IFS.

Depending on how much it would cost I'm interested in installing a leveling kit or different springs to help even out the stance of my truck a bit. Right now it sits much higher in the rear than it does the front.

If I'm towing my Bobcat I don't want to the rear to be sagging way below the front, so from what I found out from reading here a 1.5" spacer works well, and has the front sitting just a little bit lower than the rear when empty and almost perfectly level when towing.

I guess the other option is to just get longer springs, but I couldn't find as much info about that here.

Either way I'll need to get some new shocks as mine probably need to be replaced anyway and are too short if a leveling kit is installed.

Can someone give me some information about places to buy a 1.5" leveling kit or longer springs? What shocks would be good to use? Would I need any special tools to do the install?

Thanks for the help.
