mmmmm coffee.
.7° this AM. Next storm due tomorrow evening with rising temps. Possibly more freezing rain with it. Roxie tried to go out in the snow, but too deep for her. Only her head and tail where sticking up. So some extra play inside.

No flakes last night. Cold rain and a solid frost this morning. Bright and shiny out now. A friend of mine brought his little boy out this morning after venison. The boy got a nice 9 point. Sure was fun watching his ear to ear grin!

Cold here, upper 30's looking for mid 20's if the guesser is right. Went to Sips and Strokes with the wife tonight. I should have taken more sips and less strokes. It looks better from afar....

When I was a kid my older sister was studying art. I think they were studying abstract (cubist) art. Anyway, she painted an abstract version of Picasso's (The Old Guitarist). She brought it home and hung it up in the dining room. I remember my dad looking at that picture with his hand on his chin. Then he said, "I understand that to truly appreciate and enjoy a piece of art, you have to put yourself in the mindset of the artist. I thank God I'm not that confused."

Somehow Rad's painting brought that episode to mind.

Bobby-I came in for a cup. Thanks! Started the day by oversleeping until the alarm went off at 0330. Mad scramble and out the door reasonably close to normal. About 500 yards from the house, the "low tire" light came on. Backed all the way to the shop. Of course, I had left the compressor unplugged.

After that, a nice easy drive and more coffee when I got to work! Later today, a discussion with the insurance people concerning the kid that hit me last Friday.

See ya!

Morning folks. Hot drinks are on ......................... somewhere.

Going to try to stay home today and do 'stuff' that needs taking care of.

Have a Genos calendar and noticed on it that it says to winterize your turbo diesel. So glad that I live in an area that winterizing is not required on any vehicle. Nothing changes for any season.

Was out last evening for a long bike ride - - it was sooo pretty out, cool, great sunset, gentle breeze - - sooooo blest.

Hey, my new peuter was shipped out at 1:40am this morning. Can't wait.

morning morning!

who would have thought my keyboard issue (I blamed the cat) was a software issue??!! hit the general "report all problems" tab and it was fixed.

getting the menu and people scheduled for the wounded women at one VA.
knew one from WWII and she was amazing, never saw so many missing stuff (shock factor I had to hide). media missed true impact from these mid east wars. nice thing is SOLDIERS are volunteering! they may not know how to cook, but they take orders well, hehehehe.

yeah Fiver, truly Blessed indeed. no hot weather (58 degrees) needed.....
