Afternoon all. Raining here in the Northeast today. Busy day in the shop with the new help. He is working out good. Here every day on time, works hard. Neat and organized.
Gives me a chance to get some office stuff done before Barbie gets here.
Things are good.
Coffee and donuts if anyone wants them, already ate the ones with the sprinkles...

Speaking of sharpening chain,,,,,,,,I just got the 24 inch Alaskan Mill from Granville. Nobody in my area carries ripping chain. Anybody ever reground a standard chain for ripping? Any good sources for ripping other than Granville? I think they are kinda pricey at their "by the Link" pricing.

Another day of fighting with the bank and VA on a refi to pull some equity. Not fond of the new way of "on-line" work as I used to go to the bank, tell them what I wanted, and sign the papers a few days later..........

Gee, do I detect a smidgen of sarcasm here? Surely not!

I had a great breakfast with unending coffee refills. Only problem with the unending refills is that shortly after that need to get rid of most of them.

It's funny you say that, here in my barracks room, I'll make a pot of joe, but I only drink 2-3 cups a day... I just warm it back up for two days... I never minded it. My coffee is pretty strong, tho, so I'm not sure anything could survive in it...

Mornin/evenin. Nothing exciting.

Good morning. Another lovely day is dawning. Have not seen even a hint of cloud for days, only brilliant blue skies all day.

Coffee and ph00 made for all of you, especially grumpy. No food because I am afraid of causing a certain kind of stomach discomfort to certain members. Don't know why they eat it, knowing that it will bother them and then have the nerve to complain about the hot, delicious food. Some peoples children!

My busy day has started, so off to do something more constructive.

Ciao

35° and snowing here in Sheboygan, 30° and light snow back home. The land lord went on vacation to warmer climates and left no one to plow the snow which is up to 30". Told the wife to hire someone and we will take it off the rent.

Reheated many pots of coffee.
Folks rarely noticed or messed with it.
Did a 3.5 day 2400 mile road trip.
Truck runs great deleted. Not as big of mileage gain on a 16'. No more DEF.

Never heard of ripping chain, could it be the same as full Chisel chain?

I know most places around here have a cow when you ask for it, but it isn't any more expensive than the safety chain they try and force down your throat.

morning all... coffee is hot and FRESH. We got hooked up with 5 pounds of community coffee and a pour over.
I find it works best to throw a table spoon of instant in the bottom, then dump grounds over it.
