With a projectile that travels at the speed of light, isn't affected by wind and has an absolutely flat trajectory, I might be able to hit something once in a while, too.

shoot, the "pattern" is 12 miles wide when it gets there, I think I could pul that shot off.

One thing you have to consider is it takes 1.344 seconds for the lazer to reach the target which is moving at 3600 mph which = a much bigger lead than you would give a duck.

so big whoop, its movin 1 mile per second, and you are shooting at it with a 12 mile wide pattern.............. aim right at it and you are good.
