Gotta run and install all new appliances in the kitchen. Just delivered. Amazing to watch two guys carry in a huge refrigerator with no dolly - - no nuttin but a big strap under it and on their shoulders. Wow.................

thats the best way to move appliances.
Use to load in several truck loads into apartment blocks. 3 Storey buildings. 36 suites, all appliances and 6 buildings. Done before lunch, only two of us.

Finally got to stop in after a few days. Due to "other commitments" all operational issues have been directed to the senior civilian officer, namely me. My job plus 2 others. Today is my Friday. It seems my phone just died. Kinda odd don't you think?

Mornin campers!! It's a balmy 9* here wind chill is -6. snow to rain tonight and then should be in the 50's on sunday. Going to need a mental health day soon, 7 days a week for the past month is making me cranky...
Going to give the Keurig a name, maybe Wilson haha!

+20° and climbing. A little more snow last night and might get a little more tomorrow if it doesn't turn to rain or worse, freezing rain. Looking like a light mono colored deity birthday (white Christmas for those of you who are not offended). Taking the rest of the year off from work. Didn't know I had that much personal leave left. Neither did my boss and he isn't very happy. Oops. After being on the back side of zero so long, this is like a heat wave.

Some really bad news this morning. 5 am telephone rang - - hospital had just called my daughter to get there quick - - Jeff, her husband was in a coma. They pulled the plug at 9am and he quit breathing at 9:15. Brain was drenched in blood from a ruptured artery. Would have been 51 next Monday. Too young, too vital, hard worker, smart - - caught an infection and could not shake it - - been working in him for a couple years, best guess.

So, sad family on this gorgeous sunny day. You wonder why a good man is taken and a scrounge gets away with anything. Would appreciate your prayers for our daughter.
