Not going to say anything about another fantastic day dawning here in Paradise.

This trouble is usually caused by a single loose screw. Of course it is unreachable.

Woke up this morning. Looked at the weather prognostication on the puter and saw "Overcast and 0% chance of precipitation" Looked out the window and saw sunshine and snow. Go figure.

Coffee's good, thanks.

25° under a dense fog warning.
Got back home yesterday afternoon. They're letting me recuperate for a while before surgery. Nice warm greeting from Roxie, she missed me and our therapeutic kitty petting sessions. Back to work on Monday where I'll be breaking in the new west coast mechanic based out of Oregon. He will be helping me get my current project completed before I'm out of service again. Shouldn't be a big deal, I've worked with this guy before. Good wrench, not so good on paperwork.
Got a pretty full plate this month. Follow up DR appointments, IA renewal, negotiating with the hospitals on payments, trying to coordinate them with my insurance company, getting my 01 out of the hangar and into a shop, fighting with the step mom's daughter over my dad's taxes. That kind of stuff. Several big bills this month and no paycheck, that will empty out my checking account. A grand for rent, a grand for car insurance, 2 grand for the 01's needed repairs, and 3 1/2 grand for medical payments.

Sshhhh....Don't tell the wife. Got the door back on. A "little" fabrication was in order. Doesn't appear to leak. Now staying away from it. When it happens again to her, I'll just yell and get red-faced about having to spend money needlessly on kitchen stuff instead of guns, trucks, planes and the such. After all, doesn't she have a "portable" model????

I'm kidding Mom!!

Ed,

I am real happy with this stainless steel tub model dishwasher...the silverware basket is a little screwy but our dishes have NEVER been cleaner and you can barely hear it run standing next to it.

Shop Whirlpool 54-Decibel Built-in Dishwasher with Stainless Steel Tub (Stainless Steel) (Common: 24-in; Actual 23.56-in) ENERGY STAR at Lowes.com

TOP, That's either is the one or just about like it that I've looked at. Thanks!

Heidi, what can I say! Now I am embarrassed. There never was anything to forgive.

Heading out in about 30 minutes to enjoy my usual Mexican Sunday lunch with friends. Unbelievably extra gorgeous day here today. Wish that you could join us, because I KNOW that you would love the place, the food and the atmosphere. Dress code; shorts, light shirt and sneakers.

Happy Sunday all y'all. Thanks for the breakfast Shorts. Good to see people posting. I hope everyone has had a good weekend. DW and I got beaten like rented mules at yoga this morning. When your entire body is shaking and the sweat is pouring off you, it is hard to 'maintain the vision and trust the process'. I am sure that 95% of people would laugh at our workout. It pales in comparison to the stuff that I hear Scotty used to do to his body or the exercise that I imagine Madhat does before breakfast each day, but for us it has been a big step. After 8 months, we are in better shape than we we have been since we were in our early 20's.
Dinner tonight is going to be beef dip and veggies. Mmmmmmm.

Have a great evening, only 21 days until spring officially arrives.
