Opening for new Chapter President

Larry, I was just getting into the NJ thing a few years back, and as quickly as it came it died. There was core group here, but as priorities changed people went their separate ways. It seems hard to get any momentum here, as there aren't really many local events to keep interest aside from Englishtown. PA does a bunch of cool stuff but its usually 3+ hours from here. I am sad that the activity died here and i have tried to think of ways to reinvigorate it to no avail. Any suggestions?

What has been done in the other chapters is you have to create an event for people to attend.....yeah it is hard work planning and staging it but that is what the chapter presidents job is all about
