NC Dyno Day Pics / A Couple Vids

Someone can merge this with the "official" thread with the results once they make it. Figured I shouldn't start an aftermath thread since I don't have any of the results!

John P.'s Burnout!

From what I understand he was going to do a 4WD launch, but it kicked out of 4WD... and... That was awesome!

Great pics and video Dennis. It was great meeting you and all the rest of the DTR guys. I am still trying to gather all my thoughts on what all went on today. It was a great time for sure....

This group was a true pleasure and a whole lotta fun.

John P. with the infamous nitrous bottle takes the cake.

It sure was a lot of fun!

I can't believe we broke the dyno. That kind of electronic equipment shouldn't have been right there, and should have at least been in a cabinet that had a closeable door. Its too bad that everyone didn't get to dyno.

John P. and the nitrous bottle... that was just hilarious. I sure hope someone got some pictures/videos of that.

It was really great meeting everyone. It was nice to see some familiar faces from last February too. It was great to meet some of the Admins that run this site, especially you Totallyrad! You seem to be a really great guy.

Thanks to everyone that help organize this. It sure was a lot of fun. Hope we can do it again... just maybe sometime in the spring!

Great pictures Dennis! Great too see everyone had a good time. The dyno crapping out was a bummer for sure.

I learned that apparently nitrous and beer mixes well, at least at this particular event.

Madhat was like a kid at an amusement park, "LET'S DO IT AGAIN!"

After four or five pulls, a poll of those attending rated my mess at 651hp and 320something torque! I believe it was Lary who nailed the final HP figure.

After 15 or so trucks, mine apparently took the machine further than it was capable of measuring. >SYSTEM ERROR<

THAT is my story and I'm sticking to it!

It was a pleasure to see everyone again. The food was good and that chocolate cake was killer!

Hat's off to all those who put the event together, you did a fine job.

Let's not forget the one fella who set-up the trucks and ran the dyno. I didn't catch his name but that fella WORKED for his money today.

Well between 35" 05 (Chet) and 2141Pete (Pete) doing burnouts every half hour there was no such thing as quiet. Lets just say both of them may be in the market for a Smarty.

There was several thousand miles of rubber laid down on that block today.
