2006 Replaced turbo and will not start

Hi all. I swear I have searched high and low to isolate this issue but either I cant use the search very well or its not common. I replaced a blown turbo on our 2006 CR. It drove into the shop. Replaced turbo, and now It will not fire. Never opened up fuel system. Odd thing is when I turn the key on the grid heater relay clicks very rapidly and the SES light flashes just as fast. Also the security light is flashing. Im lost. Ive replaced these before and never seen this. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Contractor
