Question Battery cross over cable?

Anyone know the size of this cable and a place on the north end of Denver, Thornton, Northglen,Brighton, etc... that has the proper high press crimping tool to put on a ring lug for this cable?

the way i've always done cables is buy the open battery lugs, and heat shrink large enough to cover it. strip the wire far enough to go to the end of the lug. hold the battery lug with pliers and heat it up to melt solder and stick the cable in and let it cool then just add the heat shrink for a more professional look and added corrosive resistance
