Tire wear on front passenger side only

Truck; 2016 3500 DRW 4X4, 25000 miles

The right front tire had bad wear on the outside of the tire. Dealer only will warranty alignments to 12000 miles. At the time I was over this mileage so I took it to the local tire shop and had the alignment checked, results; a little out but nothing gross according to the tech (I have the print out). I rotated the front tires (aluminum rims) and now at 25k miles, the tire on the right side front is showing wear on the out side.

Any ideas on the cause? It's still under warranty, but I have low confidence in the ability of the dealer to find the root cause.

Does the truck spend all it's life towing the same trailer? If so perhaps the trailer is out of alignment and pushing the truck over thus having to always input a correction. I bought new Michelin's for my 2011 yesterday, I don't have them yet but I only got around 20,000km on the last set, supposedly good for 80k, just about all towing and after getting back from my last trip I noticed the truck pulling to one side, it's fine without that 20ft flatdeck. The trailer suspension was toast after a year and a half.

Have towed only once with the truck so far and the tire issue happened before any towing. But I have had my trailer aligned, now to just stay off those curbs!

my 2014 had the same issue, look at your camber settings, mine was in spec but on the high side, tilted outward from the top, my tech moved it inboard, problem gone
