Had the goose neck horse trailer on this weekend. Went out to unhook and the factory air will not deflate to lower back end to level. I let the trailer back down and then pressed the "alt trailer height" and got load too light message. Trailer is about 9000 lbs.
Still under warranty so going to dealer tomorrow.
Plugs are connected on both sides. Guessing a bad sensor somewhere.
Any one know is this a known or regular problem?

Perhaps you have to unhook the trailer electrically to tell the truck there is no trailer attached or that you want to unhook?
