Hi all,

So i did the deletes (EGR and disconnected sensors until the pipes come in) and the tuner is now installing the tune file all over again after the first time. Is this normal? Its been on that screen for a while but the first download was quick 15 mins or so.

Any ideas why its reinstalling?

Make sure you have full battery voltage, put a charger on while installing.

UPDATE: the truck is now tuned and working! I disconnected the two wiring plugs that attach to the trailer brake controller on the left side of the dash. This seemed to work I guess since it was flashing as soon as the tune download started the times the screen would freeze.

My question now is 1) Leave EGR or proceed with taking it out and 2) What injection timing to leave it on? I used 2 instead of default (3) or stock.

Any advice? Thanks
