2010 6.7L Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor replacement question DTC P0191

Hi guys Im getting a dtc p0191 fuel rail pressure sensor circuit performance code I read this is either a bad frp sensor or the pigtail to the sensor. has anyone changed them on the truck or is it better or easier to rr the rail and replace the sensor read its supposed to be torqued. Watching my otc genysis scanner my rail pressure command is around 4600-4800 psi at idle and the frp sensor reading is about 100psi or so lower cummins tells me if Im within 500 psi I should not throw a code for frp so why am I getting a code with these pressures I will try to run the truck and wiggle the plug and see if it sets the code again but its s ***** to get to it lol Thanks
