Can anyone identify this wire and plug?

Was working on re-aligning the bumper on a 2005 I recently bought and found the plugs below just hanging after I removed the drivers side splash shield. The wires have separated from the plug on the one. Any input as to the functions of the plugs?

The two hanging close to each other are for the fog lamps. The one in the middle is for your compass/temp reading for the overhead display. That one should be bolted to the lower bolt, on the drivers side head lamp. The other, need to unlatch the connection, and super glue the pins back into it (from the back side of it), then zip tie it up out of the way.

With that, makes me wonder if it didn't get into a front end collision, and the owner fixed it himself.
