Help a girl out please!
I have a 2007 3500 dually. Had the complete delete done a few years ago and installed a H&S XRTPRO . yesterday while driving the warning chime rang twice in a row, said "perform service" and "see dealer now" on the warning display. its giving me this sequence (chime's and display) every 20-30 minutes now. Book says it indicates the DPF regen is not functioning...which chip is supposed taking care of all that right? I see that H&S is out of business to get an update? what are ya'll thoughts? Truck is still running great and no changes to power as of yet.

Hello there, I have heard of these types of issues on the various programmers. Seems that the first thing to do/try is to reload the software. This usually takes care of this gremlin.
Also, there are some great members here that have or can post links to sites to get the latest software updates for the various programmers (which unfortunately have went out of business or simply can no longer support).

Thanks for the info. Hopefully someone can help me with the links or point me in the right direction. not sure if this will eventually cause an issue or just be annoying but I travel a lot by myself loaded with horses so id rather not be stranded!

Reload the tune as ME said. No need to update the tuning unless you're not happy with how it runs.
If reloading doesn't stop the chimes and messages then you can update the tuning and try again.
If everything else fails then there's a link I can post here on the scanner needed (autoinginuity iirc) and the coding that needs to be entered to reset all the regen timers by a diesel shop.
