I don't know which color does what. If you haven't cut the ends off where they enter the factory tail lights, call around & try to buy the correct wiring harness from hillsboro, truck craft, etc. They will plug right in.
Wiring a body to the 3rd gen trucks is alot more complicated. ie. you NEED seperate brake/tail & turn signals. Otherwise you will constantly have wiring problems and the 'light out' warning on your dash.
If it is too late & the ends have already been cut off, I can look sometime this weekend under my brother's flatbed. We learned this lesson the hard way.

that is easy, turn Park on find hot wire, same right blink, left and backup light same way, if tow package blue is trailer brake, and of course black is ground.
Did my flat that way, truck was burned on rear and left side when i bought it, converted to flat then.

lights
I got it guys, it wasn't too fun, but we just started pugging wires and eventually got it correct, yea, those lamp out lights are a pain to make go away.
