I have a 03 ho with 48re.The truck has Diamond eye exhaust with 04.5 4" exhaust elbow,afe intake,diablo predator,edge boost elbow as well as boost fooler.I have always thought it wasnt boosting anymore then stock.I barrowed a friends monitor and came to the conclusion it is boostin 24.4 as the max boost everytime.I tried it with and without the fooler and came up with the exact 24.4.If i had a boost leak I would think the numbers would very not be exactly the same.I didnt mess with the diablo much when I installed I simply put it on the 2nd stage,seeings this is our tow rig.I feel something electrical or computer wise is controlling it to stop at the 24.4.Is the Diablo adjustable on the boost or am missing something else?I would thing with teh boost elbow id be seeing closer to 30+.The 24.4 everytime seems to me its computer controlled.Any Ideas?Thanks Aaron

03's don't do electronic boost control with a boost solenoid like the 04.5 and up trucks do. You need to install and adjust the boost elbow for the wastegate to increase the boost pressure. I think max for an HE341 is about 28 psi before you will start pushing hot air.

Wont 03's push mid 20s stock?What else could keep this to 24.4 with the boost elbow on?

Try reading it with a mechanical gauge

you need to change the he341 out to a he351cw with a boost elbow. set the 351 to 32 psi, above this and it starts off of its curve
