Water in fuel.

Truck's been running good, so havent posted in a while. Over Christmas, i seemed to have gotten a watery batch of diesel at a station I'd never been to before. It was in a busy industrial area, so I figured their diesel would be fine. About 10 miles later, check engine light came on, truck was running rough. As I was driving it to the shop, water in fuel light goes on. Shop drains the water sensor, puts in new fuel pressure actuator, puts new paper fuel filter in, replaces lousy $500 fan clutch (threw a code for that), truck runs great. Put about 200 miles on it going on a duck hunt, get home with half a tank, water in fuel light goes on next day, runs rough. This time I drain it, put a nice wix fuel flter in, and added Power Service Diesel 911, and some diesel kleen with cetane booster. This is what power service said to do for water in fuel. Primed system, ran it for five minutes, light went off, and it runs great. Hopefully this ties me over as i try to run this diesel out of the tank. I dont really have the ability to drain the fuel and dispose of it properly. Anyone else use Diesel 9-1-1?

Would have been nice if the shop offered to drain the tank for you. If you haven't gone through that tank since Christmas you need to get it pumped out.
