Lost trailer charge circuit at rear bumper
1998 12 valve All though I have a complete circuit from relay in fuse relay panel under hood to rear bumper, ( bypassed relay feed and rear bumper charge circuit pin) relay will not fire. Aside from ign key, are there any other control circuits to turn the relay on? I am trying for once to be ready to go hunting in 3 weeks and don't want to jerry rig oem circuit. Color code, wiring diagram other than what I have, sure would be appreciated. I have MOD and a Haynes manual, which don't have much on these circuits. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Where do the the two control wires from the relay go to?I have checked all fuses. I have no power to relay control with KOER.
I was going to cut the relay control out of existing circuit and connect 1 side of relay to ground and the other side to my add on 5th wheel constant duty solenoid trigger, if help can't be found.
thanks

I don't totally understand the bypass but just for conversations sake, have you tried swapping the relay with another one?
On edit, OK, it sounds like the problem is before the relay, correct?

Yes and subbed fuses alsp. The bypass would place the on-off function of the factory relay in the add on on-off control circuit of the fifth wheel power relay. There is a relay inside the fuse panel, which controls isolation of power to rear bumper power circuit. The relay is (and others substituted) is not working, but is functional in other circuits.

I think I'd open the back of the panel where the breaker is located and check there first. That would also identify the wire colors you're working on. Once you have those, you can start backtracking from the panel.

Pin 30 red-yel 12 ga, (incoming +) pin 87 black-yel 12 ga (out going to rear bumper), pin 85 black 16-18 ga (unknown origin, 6 ohms resistance), pin 36 black-yel 14-16 ga (unknown origin 10 ohms resistance)
