Groaning noise?

I have this weird noise comeing from the rear of my truck when I am driving real slow and when I am turning rear slow. It's been doing this for a long time but now i'm tired of it. It sounds like some kind of groaning/ low grinding. I think it's the bushings in my rear springs but not shure. I am shure I am not the only one who has or has had this problem. Any other possibilitys?

Mine does the same thing it is your antispin differential doing it you can put and addative in it that will stop it for a while.

Does it happen at about 20 MPH or so? I get a kind of groan there, and now that I think of it, it happened after I changed my diff fluid, maybe a couple weeks after. But I don't have an anti-spin, or at least I don't think I do... Will it hurt if I throw some in, even if I don't have the anti-spin?

It will not hurt it. Check on the glove box sticker. It will state if you do or not.

Mine did the exact same thing after changing diff fluid until I poured in some additive. I bet you do have the anti spin diff.

No sticker on it that says, and I get the one-wheel-wonder thing going for me when I light em up. Does more friction modifier make the limited slip tighter?

More modifier makes it slip more.

I think your sticker is on the bottom side of the hood, as long as its the original hood, my 97 is there.

Yeah, I found the sticker, just doesn't say I have it. Anybody know the code for limited slip (the 3 digit one)? I'm going to call the dealer and see if they can do a search. Thanks
