base to highline bcm swap complete! next task sport front end.
Since I had to remove the dash anyway to replace it, and I already had a complete infinity system just laying around as well as the auto dim review mirror , I decided to switch over to the highline bcm so I would also have the upgraded overhead console and keyless entry. Found the correct dash and door harnesses from a donor truck, swapped the harnesses, added the underhood ambient temp sensor. everything was plug and play and almost everything works! The only thing notworking yet is the odometer feature on the overhead console. I am getting a mpg reading and miles till empty . I"ll finish putting it all back together and then worry about that another day.
Next project---- I have a sport grill and bumper to sand, paint and install.
