The coils on your 01 will rest in position slightly to the drivers side, jutting the tire out about 3/8 to 1/2". Some guys don't like the offset and adjust an adjustable trac bar to pull the axle to the passenger side, this will put a bit of tension on the coils, but can't see it casuing a vibration.

The two inch levelling kit draws the axle slightly backwards . The 02's had the front tires axles set a little further forward than the previous years, you can sometimes tell a stock 02 by this if you see enough of them.

Who is ballancing your tires? Not all "techs" are expert. If a tire took more than an ounce to balance, we would split the weights and spread it over a larger section of the rim. The old bubble balancer still is a great tool for balancing larger tires, but most shops rely on the spin machine, which a monkey could be trained to run...

That's what im afraid of. I checked the coils they measured 12.5on the passenger side and 13.25 on the drivers side I may just takebitband have the tires forced balanced to see if that helps.

Sixlug it was a tire and wheel shop that has been in business for years but you know what I'm saying I may just take the truck to a chassis shop and let them check it un less,it could be some bearing wear

Its all good. I don't know everything and it is hard to diagnose thru the keyboard, I am just thinking out loud on possibles from my past experiences.

Keep reverting to the new tires and wheels since I am assuming you didn't have this problem until all the changes got made!

Those 305/70/16s are pretty big. You may want to get them balanced on a Hunter 9700 Road Force balancer.
