High Mileage??!!

Im looking at buying a 2002 2500 with a nv4500. My problem is it has 293,600 miles on it. Is it worth even looking at? If it is what problems should I look out for? and what do you think it's worth?

The truck is a 4x4 quad cab, with what appeares to be factory red paint. I have yet to see the truck in person, so that's mainly why I started by making this thread. The truck, from the pictures, appears to have minimal rust if any and just normal wear and tear

300,000 miles would not scary me off from looking at it.
Look for rust, fresh paint jobs, service records with quality parts, blow by on the motor, and a good shifting trans.

What it is worth varies a lot…Is it 2wd or 4x4? quad cab or reg? clean looking or beat up?

VP44's are the biggest worry at that mileage unless it's been changed

As the others have said, 150K or 300K wouldn't change my thinking a bit unless signs of neglect.

My biggest issue is people still want stupid money for a 300K mile Dodge........

If the Dodge isn't falling off the Cummins I'd take a good look at it....still got about 200K before rebuild time...
