Having an issue with removing front shaft
Having a small issue with disconnecting the front shaft from the transfer case output flange. I have one bolt that just won't budge. First thee no big deal, this one is being a real pain. Cleaned the grunge buildup from vacuum pump leak that is back(don't get me started on that never ending mess) and have even soaked with WD40. I'm using impact gun with a small extension and flex/universal socket.
The start of this adventure is that after all these years my NV4500 finally puked 5th. Trying to do this without messing with the xmsn crossmember.

If you havent got it out already..... Dont use WD-40 as its kinda worthless in such situations. Get some PB Blaster penetrating oil and spray the front and back of the bolt. Careful as the stuff stinks bad.....so dont get it all over you.
Then after a few hours give it another try. If its still stubborn, you may have to heat the yoke flange around the bolt with a small torch.
