Hard Start
Just a quick question. I had the tank down off of this truck and after installing it and fuelling it up. I noticed that when the tank was full it was leaking fuel from around the seal. My bad I didn't get it on straight, but would this be enough to introduce air into the system a give me my hard starts. I have a big line kit on it that came with the airdog(that's another story)

The fuel module top seal leaking shouldn't create a hard start since it has nothing to do with the fuel system prime. More than likely one of the fuel line fittings you messed with when dropping the tank isnt sealing correctly and there's where the prime is being lost.

^^^Thinkin the same....
Retrace what you last messed with...
A good gob of non graphite type grease, I used white lithium, helps get that seal to glide into place when reassembling....
