Check tire pressure,
Check your wheels for brake dust (dragging brake)
Check air filter/change,
Check right foot for excess lead?

If you are in an area that changes to "winterized" diesel, it will do it every time.

How long have you had it?
It's getting colder, It runs richer until the engine warms up and that will kill your milage more than running the A/C. So if you are warming up a cold engine AND running the defroster which cycles the A/C compressor your milage will drop.
Also like Cougar said. Winterized diesel sacrifices energy density for cold pour properties. You don't get as many mpgs, but you don't get jello in your fuel filter.
