Hey all,
I've got a Fass DDRP on my Dodge, with a relay kit that is wired to the battery in order to supply a constant 12v to the pump regardless of engine load. I bought the "kit" along with the lift pump from a local reputable dealer about 3-4 months ago. All has been well, when yesterday the truck started "*******" on acceleration. When i pushed the pedal, it sounded like a gas motor flooding out. LIft pump is not working, and it blew the 20 amp fuse between the relay and the battery. Replace fuse, same thing happens, fuse blows almost immediately. I'm not a good trouble shooter, so I'm looking at buying a new lift pump and relay today just to get the truck running. Anyone had this issue before? If so, what should i check? Thanks.

That DDRP has a warranty on it call the dealer you purchased it from.

Check the connections leading up to the relay and then to the Fass. Any exposed/frayed wires could easily be grounding and blowing the fuse.
