Anyone buy front end parts from Rock Auto?

Hello all, I need to put ball joints, u joint and probably should change the wheel bearing on the front of my '02 2500 4x4 w/24 valve diesel. I'm looking for decent parts that wont cost a fortune. I called the local CarQuest store where my work has an account to get prices and just about had a heart attack when he gave me the prices cause he didnt put in the account name. Over $1000 for the parts to do just one side. When he did it under the account it was better but still over $500. Checked some of the other local places and its about the same. Looked on Rock Auto and they have the parts at what I can afford at this time, but its kind of confusing trying to figure out which ones I need. Has anyone bought them from there and know what part numbers I need to get the right parts? I'm looking at the ball joints that are around $20 the u joint thats around $33 and the wheel bearing/hub assy. thats about $95. Thanks in advance, Stewart

I used them, got all genuine Moog, but they say the 2000 up doesn't like Moog ball joints, perhaps the Raybestos brand?

I got the Timken wheel bearing assys, good so far......

My front ujoints were perfect so I left them alone.

There was a write up, I believe on this forum, on ball joints. It sounded like the best ball joints were the Raybestos with the slight offset. Good read if you can find that thread.

I've purchased from them for various items. I recently did the brakes on the jeep and was disappointed the online title they had on the brakes wasnt labeled correctly so...jeep all apart, I had to go purch the rear locally to get it back together. I ended up having to ship them back. If you order from them, just also call and make sure the p/n is correct for your make and model. Overall savings is Worth it and quality has been good.
