The truck sits higher than stock because of the springs and spacers I have up front. The truck didn't drop hardly at all with the load

The ones I have are air actuated also.

Anyone have a Grover Stuttertone on their truck?

They have a "Get Out Of My Way" authority to them.

I really like the emergency vehicle tone. found a company online, airhornsoftexas.com that has some pretty reasonable stuff similar to the grover's

Replaced my hinge bushings and pins today. Found my lower door behind the hinge is cracked... Oh goody.

The metal on the 91-93's seem to be thinner then the earlier models. My 93 drivers door was toasted in that area as well. I made up a big load bearing brace for the inside of the door once I welded in new material.

door skins

the entire door skin is thinner. My 93 cracked out around the door handle. had to weld in reinforcements. so, while your in there check this area as well.

Could be the number of horns. Have you seen the guy on YouTube that makes them out of coffee cam lids and transmission fluid funnels? pretty cool He goes by the name of Dozerboymiller.

Man your wife must be one heck of a woman to put up with cummins projects in the house. first the laundry line of parts outside then hydro boost in the kitchen , whats next tranny in the tub? All I've heard for the last three weeks at my place is when's the truck gonna be done ?

Haha, my old lady realized long ago that my truck and my dog come first. She's even mentioned that she's afraid one day I'll trade her on craigslist for truck parts, haha.
