Truck won't move

Truck won't move
Spent a long time here looking but never posted. Looking for advice. My truck will not move in any gear. There's a bad cold snap where I live, it takes 10-20 seconds to snap into gear. There was a noise buzzing for a bit when it went into gear each time. I'm assuming that was the pump whining. But now the truck will not buzz or go into gear. There is no sound whatsoever. Truck is a 90 non-ic 3 spd 727 with 350k on the clock.
I need the truck for work. I'm a car tech and can do the work myself. What is the least amount of time and money to get it back up? Any way to tell if the front pump is shot?

Could have sworn, based on the shop manual, buzzing noises may be from low atf. You probably already checked that, the way the FSM instructs how to check atf levels, correct?

Start the truck and drop it into Netural let it warm up a few min's and see if that help's . The Pump doesn't move in Park and the Torque Converter is Low . Also check the Fluid when trans is warm and in Netural.

Pump buzzing can also caused by a plugged up filter.
350K and most likely that trans has never been serviced.
Get a factory service manual and do the pressure tests on the trans. That will give a starting point to the hyd side of the trans.
