Did you rebuild the outer ends of your axle before you installed it? I.E. king pins and lower bearing.

Did you replace the cross member under the radiator. A $X$ cross member is thicker. Which will help stop frame flexing.

Did you use a $X$ engine cross member or cut down the 2X$ cross member to work?

Stock height or lifted? Stocks springs or after market. What brand if after market.

Your showing cross over steering. What brand?

Brand of tires and wheels used?

Offset on the rims?

Not enough caster can do it so can tire choice. As "T" said toe. toe often will jump back and forth.

Ok you left the orginal front cross member. Have you checked the rivets to see they are tight. If they loosen up the front end tends to wonder some.

Stock steering? Did you use a drop pitman arm? Is the steering box in the front mount position with the plate installed?

4" lift! Get the truck on a front end rack and have the caster checked. For that matter just have the front end caster/chamber/ toe in and front to back track angles checked.

That will tell use where your setting at a lot.

Make sure the differential isn't bent as well. I will assume it is a Dana 60 and not a 44.

Another place to look is the bushing at the bottom of the steering column. If that has excessive play, it will induce a wander on uneven surfaces.
