I recently purchased anew hx35 turbo for my first gen, and after installing it, my truck has lost a lot of power, also gained a couple of seconds on the zero to sixty, I did a waste gate delete too, still no increase in power. It spools up quick then nothing, someone please help and explain to me what's going on

Unless it's untaxed, then it's red.

Do yo have a boost gauge?
You say New - new ebay? Or an actual holset? There's some threads on here about 5 blade vs 7, I forget which is a knock off for imports.

It's not an eBay turbo by any means, but it's not a holset, it's somewhere in between, my gauge hasn't come in yet but it sounds like it's pushing some mean boost, it almost sounds like my fuel to air ratio is so off that I'm not pushing enough fuel to keep up with the turbo, I'm about to install a denny t fuel pin and some 100 hp injectors I have, think this will help?

If you didn't change any fuel settings you're not "not pushing enough fuel to keep up with the turbo"
The hx35 has a 12cm exhaust housing opposed to your 18.5 or 21cm that was on the h1c.
It will spool a lot faster down low and might get a little hotter up top. Gauges are a must for knowing what's going on before modding anything.
What do you mean by 100hp injectors? What's the hole count on them, size of the holes and spray angle of the injector?
I've heard a lot of people say the denny t fuel pin is cut too deep and allows the slide pin to come out too far which makes the o ring start to leak fuel.
When you say it sounds like it's pushing some mean boost, can you hear a "wooshing" sound under the hood? Maybe you have a boost leak from not tightening up a clamp all the way.

By mean, boost I mean you can hear it out of the exhaust, I can't here any leaks under the hood, my Guage is on the way so I will know how much boost it's pushing when that comes in, I can't remember the injector specs just know that they spray enough to add anywhere from 75-100 hp, also I have never heard anything negative about the denny ts, my best guess until I get a gauge is that my fuel air ratio is all out of whack, does that sound about right?

Well I'd be interested in hearing about your boost / egts when you get your gauges.
The problem with not knowing the injector specs is that you could be getting a 4 hole injector with a 155* spray angle (meant for non ic trucks) when your truck is IC and needs 145*. Or vise versa.
You should probably hold off on installing them until you can get some sort of baseline readings on your gauges.

I would stop throwing performance parts at a truck that is not running great, until you get gauges hooked up.
I install gauges FIRST EVERY TIME, even though I know it is not a "fun" as throwing go fast parts at it.
It is hard to know what your doing, or how to track down problems and you end up…well right where you already are.

Hot air = no power
Compressed air is hot.

I wasn't too concerned about the hot air since my truck is intercooled, I knew that a wastgate delete was a nono for a non Ic but I figured it wouldn't be a problem for an intercooled cummins
