Do yourself a favor and find a driveline shop and have yours rebuilt, or build you a new one.

Is it 24-3/4" long?

If so, for convenience, I just get them from Rock Auto Here is what they list for your truck......

I just put one in Greenie, worked well. I kept the core unit to rebuild at my leisure for a spare.

Anyway, here is the RA offering.

as previously mentioned, have it rebuilt. I had mine done with new Spicer life non-greasable joints and cv joint for ~$200 locally. will be much better than anything you can buy at rockauto or the like.

Just had mine rebuilt 6 months ago same price at around $200. All Spicer non greasable U-Joints, and that included fabricating a different slip yoke to accept my new 1350 series U-bolt style yoke at the differential. That was the last yoke I had left to do in converting to all U-bolt style yokes.
Pat, the dimensions for the length of shaft I still have fresh in my notes: from the back side of the flange that bolts onto the transfer case to the centerline of the U-Joint at the front slip yoke was exactly 33 5/8". Factory height, no lift kit.

You have an auto, he has a 5 speed. Your measurement will not be correct for him.

All taken care of now guys. His was way past a rebuild, as it had destroyed itself beyond repair. He showed up with pieces of a front driveshaft in his hands.

Precisely the reason for, and an excellent example of, the value of this web forum. I can't imagine the difficulty "WE" would all be in without really awesome people such as Ollie and Mark Nixon who've spent their lives collecting these parts for "US" to be able to continue driving the trucks we love....

Kudo's Ollie. Thanks for the lifeblood .....

Just had one built for the 47RH swap for under $250. Mark is still kicking? Haven't heard from him in a long time now.
