so i have been online putsing around recently and i have been inspired by the 6x6's Rams that some people have built and i figured id throw out some pics and see if we cant get some conversation goin on these

Wow the size of those tires lol wonder what kind of gear ratio they got running especially on the red first gen with the stacks. It must take a lot of power to get it going anywhere lol

I think it would take some real frame reinforcement to carry any weight on a tandem first-gen. There is a grain farmer out in Ohio who does this with his chevies but he only runs brakes on one drive axle.

I think it must just be for fun, I definitely wouldn't put twice the weight on the frame. But it's pretty clever... normal tandem drive trucks have a special axle with an output on the back to feed the one behind it. It must take a lot of engineering to get that setup to work.
