question for the pros. is there an end all be all fix to the dreaded leaky tappet cover?

I see all these 300$ billet tappet covers for the dodge. hard to justify the price. but if it solves the problem im interested.

curios what people have to say.

Most say you need to beat it back flat before replacing the cover.

Don't overtighten and use good quality gaskets, you sure don't want to have to do it twice.
