Any difference between 2wd 5 speed shifter boot and 4wd 5 speed boot?
I have a 2wd 5 speed shifter boot and put it beside my transfer case boot in the truck and it looks too big.
My truck was previously an auto 4wd. Is the 5 speed boot for a 4wd narrower than a 2wd shifter boot
I want to cut the hole in the floor for the 5 speed, but don't want to cut it for the wrong shift boot.

In the 4x4 5sp models it uses one bigger boot for both shifters and the hole in the floor is bigger to match. So you may want to go hit the wrecking yard and grab a 4x4 shift boot
