Afc bolts stuck

Afc bolts stuck
I have a 97 12 valve and the 2 bottom bolts on the afc come out really easily almost with no force. The top right one in the other hand wont budge i have tried pretty much everything to get it out and still no luck. I havent tried to get out the top left bolt yet. If i took out those 3 would it make the top right one easier to come loose? Any ideas on how to get it out?

Try a hammer and chisel on the top two the bottom two might be stripped And y won't get tight
