It's amazing how some of the stupid get spared. After reading the comments my first thought was one of the same...

that is nuts. there is not a system to keep the rig from moving. Just like people driving dump trucks with the beds up.

Being that my primal nature is to "just wanna blow sumtn' up", I would have paid good money to watch that, seeing as how no one got hurt.

Here it is...

Our facility Maintenance crew called the local news and friends before I heard about it from one of my Wastewater Operators, and I was the Operations Supervisor in charge of the plant that day!
