and tonights progress, got some more junk out of the way and got the ats manifold on. was gona mount the turbo backward(stealing JAyers mounting style) but the ats manifold has a tapper where the back 2 ports go into the center section because the way the three peice is designed. so i have to get on the phone tomaro and get a spacer for the turbo. but regardless heres some updated pictures of the build.

Nothing like making it even easier and pulling the fender and wheel well!! Nice job so far. I like watching others put compounds together. Gives me tons of options for if/when I decide to go with a compound setup. Sent you a PM, btw.

deffently worth the little extra time taking the fender off for the ease of getting to everything. and thats exacly what i did, i looked at every compound build thread i could find till i came up with a good enough game plan to talk myself into it.

well hit the first hickup, like i said in my earlier post about the manifold and clearance issues. well order the spacer but looks like Tuesday is when it should get here. so i have nothing to do for the whole weekend! i hate sitting here doing nothing when i have so much to do. but the next step is to plum and mount everything but cant do that till i get the secondary on.

Just curious, what's the taper you're talking about on the manifold? Can you get some closer pictures?

here you go, if you look closely you can see the white mark were the compresser housing is hitting the manifold.

What layout of the twins are you going for? The typical primary sitting under the secondary or the primary mounted out over the passenger's wheel-well?

the primary over the passanger wheel well. kinda stealing the way JAyers mounted his. i really like the way it looks and the fact that the primary isnt hidden under the secondary.
