Thanks for the offer Lurch, you're a good man !!

So far so good here .... but we'll have to see what the wet-weather creek that crosses our only way out looks like later in the morning !! I made it out yesterday to go pick up my kids from school ... but even that probably wasn't the safest plan .... even in the Yoda . All the fields are flooded out and the neighbors livestock is all wearing flippers and snorkles.

Sure hope I can get to town to pick up the parts for the ol' lady's front differential tomorrow. I gotta get the stupid thing rebuilt before I head out on the next trip to SOCAL. Might be burning the midnight oil on this one.

Hope everyone else is doing well. If not ... give us a hollar.

Cheers,
PISTOL

The rain got here about 2 hours ago. It looks like we'll catch a break because the thunderstorms won't re-fire for another hour or two. It should be mostly past us by then.

Sheeple (a portmanteau of "sheep" and "people") is a term of disparagement in which people are likened to sheep, a herd animal. The term is used to describe those who voluntarily acquiesce to a suggestion without critical analysis or research. They undermine their own individuality and may willingly give up their rights.
