valve springs

Have a 5.9 cummins that came from a school bus was rebuilt by cummins in 2005 would it have the 60pd exhaust valve springs?and do you think they might have fixed the kdp when they rabuilt it Thanks

noway to tell with out pulling a spring and testing it or if you have the build specs. and the kDP you won know till you open her up and I would pull the bolts anyway and lock tight them
