Typical Weight for Steel Flatbet 188" WB

Thinking of purchasing a 4500 4X4 188" WB Chassis Cab.
I want the dealer to upfit it with a Harbor Flat Bed, Storage Boxes, and Goose neck hitch.

I can't find the weight of the flatbed anywhere. I need the weight in order to calulate what I can tow. I want to tow a 18,000 lb Fithwheel.

Truck = 7000 lbs
Trailer = 18000 lbs
================
Total = 25,000 lbs
Leaves 1000 lbs for Flat bed.

Any one who has actually weight there truck? Please report some real world weights so I can calculate.

Thx in advance

my 5500 without bed, see pictures weighed in at 9,000lbs at a certified scale. a few portable tools in a tool box and me inside i guess without tool box, tools, half tank of diesel, and myself; would come in about 8500#. you have to calculate in a full tank of diesel at about 7# per (about 350) yourself, your dog and tools or luggage.

that is why i don't have a bed on my truck. i pull a track loader and dump trailer, plus carry a 950# bucket leaves about 1000 pounds cushion. add a few tools and i'm there! don't forget to figure in water, etc on your fifth wheel.

then your state might be real flexible on it's laws. CA sure isn't!

I didn''t weigh mine before I put the bed on. With only singles on the rear and all my tool boxes empty and about 1/8 tank of fuel 9,000lbs.
