Tire question - Dodge Diesel

I bought a set of Nitto 305/70 17s and made sure I got the E rated tire.

When I got home I noticed that the max pressure was listed at 65 lbs PSI - I thought E rated tires had an 80 PSI max - the side wall does say load reange E though.

Has anyone else seen this?

Different brands,size and construction will have different pressures to carry max load as stated on tire.
