Tie rod end replacement. How hard is it

My passenger side tie rod ends are bad at 40,000. Les Schwab wants $400 to replace and align. How hard are they to replace? THey appear to be pressed in. Id rather save some coin and do it myself if possible.

Thanks for any tips
