taking off the fan?

how do you get the fan bolts off without the fan turning?

95 2500 cummins, bed bobbed 10 inches, a little speedliner here and there, FORD HIGH PINION DANA 60 FRONT AXLE, 100 plate moved forward, 3800 governor washer mod, BHAF, strait pipe, Auto meter gauges, TC lockup switch, Goerend trans, New Era 435s, 6 inch DC lift, DT track bar, Irok Radial 41/14.5/17 on cheep steels with Staun beadlocks, Atlas springs, 4.10s, Detroit in rear, Lock right in the front, KDP killed. thanks Dave!
