NICE WORK! Those aluminum pieces really turned out great.

This is definitely one of my favorite threads to follow over the last couple of months. There's a lot of us that can't wait to see the finished product!

Looking good Dale;

Got the tailgate notched?

I use handheld grinder/polisher for the big jobs.

I'm going to run out of minutes, too.
Someone programmed my cell number into a fax machine. Those things are persistent. Called me ½ dozen times today. That's 10% of my budget plan.

You must have used the heavy grout there rockhead.
How did the head turn out after the porting?

Dale;
2wd trucks run pretty tight air pressures on the rear tires compared to the mini's and tractors. A balance between holding the sidewall from squating, but loose enough to get a bit of wrinkle. This is the best photo I have to illustrate the balance.
Oh, LOTS of bead lock screws, too.
