Smarty jr and 50 hp injectors

I am having ddp 50 hp injectors installed in the morning and I am looking for any feedback on anyone that has ran a smarty jr with them and how they worked, my guess it that I will have to leave it on setting one now with a stock trans rather than #2
Any feedback would be great
