Sounds like your throttle valve is sticking. It's a somewhat common problem. Sonnax makes a kit to repair it. I opted to replace the valve body with a new one from Goerend.

My truck is just having trouble shifting right. If I go easy on the throttle it shifts okay but still bucks up and down around 30-40 have replaced the sensor and the seleniod already. And when I get heavy on the throttle it won't shift at all intell I let off the throttle. Then it always wont start in first gear either. Even I manual put it in first it will sit there and rev and roal coal then it eventually go into gear. I don't know what else to do about it. If you or anyone else has advice about what I should do let me know please thank you

I finally got tired of mine doing the same thing and found that my front band needed to be adjusted. You can look up instructions for it on here. It's very easy, if you haven't already tried it.

I would suggest getting the following items in this kit or simply find a source you prefer. This was really an easy DIY for me and they have good video's if you haven't ever touched a transmission before.
